Order Cancellation Policy:
At Botech, we understand that situations may arise that require the cancellation of an order. To provide fair and efficient service, we have established the following guidelines for order cancellations:
- Cancellation Period: Certification processes can be canceled free of charge within the first 24 hours after placing the order, as long as the certification process has not been completed.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at info@botech.info. Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.
- Cancellation Confirmation: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will send you a confirmation email. If the cancellation is approved, we will proceed with the refund according to our return and refund policy.
Return and Refund Policy:
At Botech, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your PCI certification process for merchants, please review our return and refund policy:
- Return Period: Certification processes can be returned within 15 calendar days after the certificate is issued. To be eligible for a refund, the certification process must not have been used.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@botech.info. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Refund: Once we confirm that the certification process has not been used, we will process the refund through the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
